This summer, Dubrovnik becomes the place of top theology

Applications for Summer School of Theology are open

Council for Culture and Science of the Diocese of Dubrovnik starts Summer School of Theology this summer. It will be held 15-19 July 2019 in Dormitory Paola di Rosa in Dubrovnik (https://goo.gl/maps/16efbQTrJe8rqugy5). The School is organized for the students of Catholic, Protestant and Orthodox faculties of theology.

Dubrovnik Bishop emphasises in his invitation that „having in mind that our theology and the Church is under the challenge of growing pluralization of the contemporary world, and that this pluralization represents a challenge on many levels on which Church and theology must respond in the light of the Gospel, Council for Culture and Science of the Dubrovnik Diocese decided to organize Summer School of Theology. Its aim is that students and seminarians can intensively discuss on all dimensions of churchly, religious and theological discourse in contemporary societies.“

There will be free accomodation and food for all participants. To apply, one must send his/hers application by 20 June 2019 on teologija@dubrovacka-biskupija.hr, along with motivation lettter and transcript of the grades. Lectures and workshops are on English. There will be 40 students accepted upon application.
